I am in my ninth year at University of Maryland, working as Senior Lecturer and teaching three courses per semester. Typical courses include livestock production, animal behavior, animal welfare, grazing animal management, and a "food class" that meets the desired outcomes for the I-Series category of courses in the general education curriculum at UMD.
