Francis Warring

Francis Warring comes from a farming background with thirty years of experience. The past (5) five years he has worked for the University of Maryland in the Nutrient Management Program as Nutrient Management Advisor for Charles County. He is certified as a Nutrient Management Consultant through the Maryland Department of Agriculture Nutrient Management Program. Before he came to work with Extension he had been involved in Nutrient Mangement in his own farming operation for (7) seven years. Francis is trained to develop Nutrient Management Plans for farmers in Charles County and help them understand how to implement those plans for their farm operations. He helps farmers meet the requirements of the Maryland Water Quality Act of 1998.
